1. Who We Are

Loreweaver is operated by Grinshpon Consulting ENK (Org. nr. 936 927 742 MVA), a sole proprietorship registered in Norway. When these terms say "we", "us", or "Loreweaver", they mean Grinshpon Consulting ENK.

2. What Loreweaver Is

Loreweaver is an AI-assisted campaign notebook for tabletop RPG game masters. It helps you capture session content and build a knowledge base of your campaign world.

3. Your Content

Everything you create in Loreweaver — campaigns, notes, characters, maps, session recordings — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use it only to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not use Loreweaver to store or distribute illegal material.

4. AI Features

Loreweaver uses AI to process your session audio, extract entities, and suggest edits to your campaign. All AI-generated suggestions require your explicit approval before they modify your campaign data. AI output may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing and accepting suggestions.

By default, audio you upload may be used to improve Loreweaver's speech recognition models. This is limited to speech recognition — the models that convert sound into text. These models are used exclusively within Loreweaver and are never sold or licensed to third parties. Your audio and campaign content are never used to train generative AI models (such as large language models), and will never appear in another user's experience. You can opt out of speech recognition training at any time in your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Account & Authentication

You need an account to use Loreweaver. Authentication is handled by a third-party provider (Hanko). If you choose to sign in via Google or Apple, some account data may be processed outside the EU/EEA by those providers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, using the service for automated data extraction, or deliberately overloading the infrastructure.

7. Availability & Liability

We aim to keep Loreweaver available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Oslo as the legal venue.
